• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently we are not accepting orders outside of the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What are Pre-Order Items?

  Pre-Order items are pieces which you may purchase before they are released. These pieces are very popular and sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteeing yourself the item. All pre-order pieces will be available in 10 to 25 business days.

• California Sales Tax?

  Unfortunately we have to and will be charging California sales tax to all CA orders.

• How Do I Care For My Jewelry?

  To prevent tarnish and dulling:
  - Never wear jewelry in showers, swimming pools, etc.
  - Never let your jewelry come in contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, etc. (If you wear these, allow them to dry before putting your jewelry on!)
  - Take off jewelry when washing hands
  - After wear, wipe with soft cloth and store away in jewelry box or store in separate ziplock bags.

  See something that you like, but it's marked OUT OF STOCK? Feel free to contact us with the name of the product, what color you would like it in, and how many you want. We'll try our best to restock it for you =)
